YOUTH ANIMATION WORKSHOP – GAMI YARNS
An animation course for young Indigenous kids interested in telling stories
This year Winda worked with City of Sydney and UTS to create an online portal for teaching 8-14 year olds how to record and make stories of their Grandmothers/aunties and then to animate the works. Our team is happy to come to your school and do workshops and engage with a group of kids if in NSW/Sydney region. The online portal teaches you over a few video lessons how to interview a their gami and then how to animate the story.
